SWAP - service response time is 8h. Within the response time, the service provider is in contact with the customer to clarify the fault situation. Maintenance work is carried out as a replacement of equipment with a new or similar equipment. The device may also be a corresponding repaired replacement device. The replacement device will be delivered to the customer within four (4) working days after the service provider has contacted the customer. The customer is obliged to install the replacement device in place of the broken one and to deliver the broken device to the service provider (shipping costs are the responsibility of the consignee). No maintenance parts (platen roller, print head) are covered by this service pack. No accessories are covered by this service pack. Service calls should be delivered to the service provider on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm. The service is valid for 48/60 months. The service needs to be registered within 60 days from purchase.
